The battle of the sexes over who's the better driver has been going on since the first woman got behind the wheel of a Model-T. Everyone has his or her own opinion on the debate, but one Spanish judge's recent ruling has given the edge to the men.
The case involved a driving school which offered unlimited classes for a flat rate for both men and women. However, there was an additional $270 charge for women because the school said they need about five more classes than men. An advocacy group fined the driving school for discrimination.
The school responded by going to court, and there, the judge overturned the fine, stating the school had a right to overcharge women because men are better drivers, according to statistics. (UK Telegraph)
